Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please review our return guidelines below to determine eligibility.
📦 Returns
• Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
• Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with tags attached.

• Final Print Run or Pre-Order Items
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Proof of postage is required until your return is processed.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
• Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved Returns: Refunds are issued as store credit or a one-time promo code within 3–5 business days.
• Denied Returns: If your return does not meet our requirements, we’ll notify you by email.
• Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your store credit within 5 business days after approval, contact us at contact@buytical.com.
🔁 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items or same-product size swaps (if inventory allows). To request an exchange:
1. Email us at contact@buytical.com with your order number and issue.
2. Once approved, send your item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping. An invoice will be sent for the new shipping fee before your replacement is dispatched.
Note: We cannot accommodate product swaps. If you’d like a different item, return the eligible item and place a new order.
❌ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
1. Email contact@buytical.com with a photo of the item and your order number.
2. Upon review and approval, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
3. Once returned item is received and verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you and send tracking info.
🎁 Gift Returns
• If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is approved.
• If the gift was delivered to the gifter, store credit will be sent to the original purchaser.
🔁 How to Return an Item
1. Include the original packing slip with a brief note explaining the reason for return.

For returns over $36, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of delivery.
⏱ Refund Timelines
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
• For international returns or refunds past the eligible period, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
