📦 Important Preorder Information
If your order contains a preorder item, please note the estimated ship date listed on the product page and in the item description. This date is an estimate and subject to change.
Orders that contain both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available. If you want in-stock items to ship sooner, please place a separate order.

Can you ship in-stock items before preorder items?
We do not split shipments. To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
Why am I seeing two-day shipping if it won’t arrive for weeks?
Our shipping options are based on package weight. Orders over 1 lb. are required by USPS to ship via Priority, which shows as a 2-day service. This only applies once your item is ready to ship.
Can I add something to my order?
Yes! Please email us at [your email here] with:
• Your full name (used at checkout)
• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• The item(s) you’d like to add
We’ll update your order and send you an invoice for any price difference. Your order will not ship until the updated balance is paid in full.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we understand things change. Email us at contact@buytical.com with your name and order number to request a cancellation.
Can I leave special instructions for my preorder?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate custom or special handling requests for preorder items.
I didn’t get a confirmation email — what now?
No worries! Email us with:
• The name you used at checkout
• Any items you remember ordering
We’ll look up your order and resend your confirmation email.
I need to update my shipping address.
Send us an email with:
• Your name
• Order number
• Your new address
Please allow 1–2 business days for updates. You can also check your order status using the link in your original confirmation email.
It’s past the estimated ship date and I haven’t received my order.
