Order Processing & Shipping

❓ When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Your order status will say “Unfulfilled” until your package ships. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, and your order status will update to “Fulfilled” in your account.


📦 What happens if I ordered a pre-order item?

Pre-order items ship based on the estimated ship date listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship when the pre-order is ready.

⚠️ What if my item is backordered?

If an item becomes backordered, our team will contact you to discuss your options.


🚚 What are your domestic shipping timelines?

We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

                      Eastern U.S.: 3–5 business days

                      Midwestern U.S.: 4–7 business days

                      Western U.S.: 5–9 business days

Please allow up to 13 business days for delivery depending on your location and selected shipping option.


🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International orders ship via USPS within 3 business days.

Delivery can take 3–4 weeks, or up to 90 days in rare cases due to customs delays or remote delivery areas.


💡 Important for International Customers:

                      Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

                      We cannot mark items as gifts to avoid customs fees.

                      Tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the U.S.

If your order is returned due to unpaid customs or a failed delivery:

                      We can reship (you’ll need to cover new shipping costs), or

                      Refund the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).


🔍 Where can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included with all orders. You can track via:

                      Your BuyTical account

                      Your shipment confirmation email

Note: BuyTical cannot access tracking information beyond what you see on the tracking page.


📫 My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it. What now?

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but it hasn’t arrived:

                      Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building manager.

                      BuyTical cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

We recommend using a secure and reliable address when placing your order.


🧾 Can I file a claim for a lost package?

U.S. Orders:

                      If you selected USPS Priority Mail, you can file an insurance claim here:

International Orders:

                      Claims must be filed with your local postal service.

                      BuyTical cannot file claims on your behalf, but we’ll provide any documentation you need within 3–5 business days.
