Shipping

• We will be shipping Domestic and International
• Fair warning International shipping can be fairly expensive
• If we ship internationally and customs charges duty fees unrelated to the costs on our website, the customer will be held responsible.
• Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense
• Proof of postage is required until your refund is processed

Returns

• Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of receiving your order with a copy of your original receipt
• A store credit or promo code is issued for valid returns 
• Credits and exchanges will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after processing your return.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene and health reasons
• Items must have all tags attached
• Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock

Warranty

We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

TICAL Apothecarry warrants that manufactured products will be free from defect for a period of one year from date of purchase. Defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform to specifications as disclosed in product literature, within allowable tolerances at sole discretion of TICAL Apothecarry. THIS ONE-YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY EXTENDED AND REPLACES ANY STATUTORY WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW. Customer misuse including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse, forced entry, exposure to sun, water damage from falls etc is not covered by this warranty. All warranty claims must be reported immediately. Failure to report any warranty claim within 30 days of defect discovery will void this warranty. All products must be inspected by company prior to warranty repair or replacement.  To proceed with a warranty claim, customer must contact customer service and mail the case back to the manufacturer at their own cost — mailing labels will not be provided. After it is received and inspected TICAL Apothecarry will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the case.
